John Varvatos may not one of those brands that comes to mind when you think of OTC. However, we have been big fans of his for some time; the ability to combine classic rock and fashion in a non-kitschy way is a feat in and of itself. In fact, if it hadn’t been for the flu, I would have hung out with John himself at the opening of the Hard Rock Las Vegas store.
This year, Varvatos has launched a really innovative online holiday gift guide that is reminiscent more of a museum gallery than e-commerce outlet. He’s offering some great items that are genuinely unique or at least put a unique twist on wardrobe staples. There is a little bit of everything – from custom guitars to leather wallets, funky skull cufflinks, an amazing leather coat or bench made mechanical watch (very nice looking too – I’d wear it in a heartbeat).
If I had more rocker in me, I’d snag a pair of those iconic boots.
