OTC in Brooks Brothers Contest Finale

We are thrilled to have made it to the final stretch of Brooks Brothers’ “Dandiest at the Derby 2012” contest!  While we have received some great support from OTC’s family, friends, readers, and supporters, we aren’t taking anything for granted!

And neither are our friends.  Keep reading to learn how you can win too – your very own Frank Clegg coin wallet just for supporting the effort!

Even though our support has been strong, there is still one more day of voting on Brooks Brothers’ site, so please make sure to like our photo!

As an added bonus, our good friend master leather designer Frank Clegg is giving away a handmade coin wallet to one lucky winner of his own contest.  To enter, just like our “Dandiest at the Derby 2012” photo.

So, help OTC take home the brass ring and get yourself a handmade treasure from Frank Clegg!

  1. The Nols

Congrats to Chris and OTC. great job, and great pic. But……french cuff shirt with blue blazer and khaki’s? I do like the walking stick, but then again I am a huge fan of moderate affectation.

  2. The Nois – thanks very much for the kind words. French cuffs work with many types of outfits, just make sure to match the shirt with the outfit’s overall degree of formality.

In this case, the plain pale blue shirt nicely compliments the more tailored and fitted double-vented blue blazer. I also have a classic single-vented hopsack blue blazer form J. Press that has patch pockets and a less structured body. I probably would not wear a French cuffed shirt with it. The trousers are actually a natural linen, which dresses up the outfit a touch and the tie, while “dressy” is not itself overly formal.

The walking stick is my grandfather’s and has great personal meaning for me. Glad you like it.

  3. The process of car shopping can be lengthy. You have so many options, not to mention things to
consider as you compare each one. You will be able to make the right decision if you know enough about car shopping.
Here are some great tips on buying a car.

  4. You could definitely see your enthusiasm in the work you
write. The arena hopes for even more passionate writers such as you who aren’t afraid to say how
they believe. At all times follow your heart.
